Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unlit or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return please contact us at contact@litbydrew.co.uk. Please include your full name and order number when reaching out. If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are unable to cover postage costs/expenses for returned items.

Handmade products and natural waxes 

Please note all of our products are handmade - ceramics are not 100% perfect and incredibly minor surface marks on the vessel may occur, this is usually clay grain. Small imperfections and / or variations in colour are part of the creative process.

Candle wax - although every care is taken to minimise the following imperfections, natural waxes are unpredictable - uneven candle tops, surface cracks, frosting and natural imperfections with the wax are a completely normal scientific process. The candle wax may reset unsmooth after burning, but later on reset completely smooth - this is usually due to inconsistent temperature fluctuations when the candle is cooling / re hardening - none of the above affect the performance of the candle.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
